It’s important to remove these dangerous substances regularly.

-Use easy-to-use flossing tools: When you use flossing products that are easy to maneuver, it reduces your chances of damaging your gums as you floss. You never want to force the floss into place or be rough the floss because it can harm your gum tissue. Feel free to use tools like flossing picks, water flossers and floss threaders.

-Brush properly: Little did you know, brushing too vigorously can irritate and harm the gums. So, it’s important to brush gently as well as use a soft-bristled toothbrush. If you can’t shake the habit of brushing too hard, you might want to switch to an electric toothbrush.
